They actually stopped responding! Very annoying and frustrating. When I pressed for a more appropriate answer, the responses came slower and eventually ceased. My emails were initially responded to promptly but the responses were not always a direct answer to my questions. A bigger ding would be for their customer service. This doesn’t hinder the app's functionality but it would be nice to see a refresh on this. The graphics and layout seem dated and their generic icons are not user customizable. It would get 5 stars if not for a few things. I bought it after evaluating other password managers and have been very pleased with the way it works and keeps my info synchronized between devices. I’ve been using this app on my iMac and iPhone for about 6 months now.
